Foods that are good for your alkalinity are foods with calcium, cesium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, almonds, green juices and most green vegetables. Foods that form acid and should be used eaten in moderation or avoided include meats, fish, dairy and grain products.
5. It has also been proven that eating foods rich in betacarotene could offer some protection against yeast infection.
